Action research..research action..action research..research action..azrin no reaction..

Aaaarrrrrrgghhh!! Stress..stress..stress!!!

Been studyin a new module called, 'Action Research'..Research..e word sounds soo scary..to make things better..or worse..i chose to do this assignment for action research on my own.. =P

Y nt grp work? cos its inconvenient..PK n Jen stayed at Bukit Panjang n Bukit..erm..forget alredy..n me, whos residin @ Tampines..its hard for e 3 of us to collaborate n meet up..My lecturer happened to be Dr Arul again..She told us we haf to get ourselves a centre to be attached to for dis assignment..oh dear..e onli centre i can tink abt is my old workplace..*pppppffffffttttttttt*

Well..no choice..will go back ther..I dun mind actually..but then, my old workplace has a new principal..dats makes a huge diff..e teachers are my lovable buddies whom i cant wait to meet..

Action research..I need a qn to do my research on..Any ideas, peeps? hmmm..maybe somethin qns like these..

Should there be better parent n teacher relationship? n how can we improve on it..
Are long hours affecting teachers' quality of teaching?
How to prevent staff(teachers) burnout?
How to boost staff(teachers) morale?
Shld spelling be enforced in preschool?

Taa daa..Need some more qns tho..so tat i can narrow down to which eva is appropriate n reasonable.. =)

Lets move on..

Tomolow is teacher's day..In my mind, i replayed last year's teacher's day celebration in my old workplace..My babies giving me bear hugs n kisses..E gifts didnt matter but i was thankful.. ;) I received beautiful frame tat contained some flowers in it..I oso received a water bottle..pens..btw..e water bottle is still in its wrappin wit e attached card..i didnt haf e heart to unwrap it..E other children whom i didnt even teach, gave me cards n other stuffs..Oh ya, i received beautiful scarves too..now tats practical..hehehe!! ther are other gifts..all which i still keep..most still in their original wrappings..i am such an emo freak..hehehe..

So here's wishin all e teachers out ther, 'Happy Teacher's Day!' =)
