Went to e showflat dis mornin @ 8.45 am..Nt much of a crowd..Bt when it was 9.30 am, a crowd was alredy formin..By 10 am, ppl had to queue to view e showflats..phew! Luckily we went early..

I fell in love wit a certain design of a flat n dearie was oh so happy to give me a tour of the showflats..heh..Soon after, his dad, sis n my dad joined us..All of us were super duper excited..

Den it was time to c e loan officer..*heartbeats increasin*

We faced reality n we saw wat we could n could not apply,knowin we had not much CPF as we both juz started workin..Alhamdulillah we had e support of our elders to help us understand wat was bein discussed n we asked lots of questions.. :)

Discussion wit loan officer was over n it was time for discussion wit darlin fiance n family..

I agree tat e prices for e DBSS flats are steep, bt when its ready, its 100% move-in! Teak parque floorin..Both toilets furnished..Rooms come wit air-conditionin n wit built in floor to ceilin wardrobe n e kitchen n balcony is breathtakinly gorgeous..Its like a condo..I feel its betta..heh..

Me n darlin reli hope our application is successful..InsyaAllah..Bt if its nt, we dun mind as its nt meant to be ours n God has other betta plans for us.. :)

Results will be 4-6 weeks after e 18th of Oct..*heart beatin fast*
