In my family, there are 3 gals,excludin my mum, cos she is no longer a gal..heh..

Wat pads?

Sanitary pads so dis entry is more appropriate for female readers.. :P

So can u imagine how many pads we need to haf once all of us haf our periods n we always haf our periods quite close to one another..

Usually, I'll be e first to haf mine..followed by e 2nd..den 3rd..My noti 3rd sis will always fail to inform me tat e pads are finished..So I end up, having to stock up e pads as I will haf my period first n there are either lil or no more pads..bah!!

This time is no exemption..I am currently havin my period(endin actually) n I noticed tat e amt of pads is decreasin..Feelin rather irritated as I am always bein e one who has to go to e store n top up e stock, I kept quiet..tryin to teach my sistaz a lesson..buy e pads la!

Bt things didnt turn out as I planned..

As I was fetchin my parents from Nek Uda's house(they juz came back from Kuantan), my sistaz send a sms to me n my mum, askin us to buy pads as now all of us are havin our periods..3rd one juz got hers yesterdae, 2nd one juz had hers todae..n there are NO more pads in e house..*ppppffftttttt*

It was past ten pm so all e supermarkets are closed..so wher did we go to buy e pads?

So I drove to e 7 11 near my place..searched for e pads..guess wat I found..

ONE miserable Whisper(my fav brand for pads)packet of pads..ONE!!! n its juz e regular flow ones..Come on!! Every gal noes tat when she juz had her period, she needs to use e heavy flow ones or given e situation of not having any, she would use 2 regular flow ones..there is onli 10 in this packet..Give n take at we change our pads 3-4 times a day, n tat we use 2 regular pads at a time, tat miserable one packet would barely last a day..

So, obviously I had to buy more..remember my sistaz juz had their periods n knowin tat my 2nd sis dun like using pads wit wings, I got to get wingless pads..

So wat else did I find..

I was ecstatic for a moment cos I tot I could find pads wit wings from this particular brand to make up for tat silly 1 packet..Sadly, ALL packets from dis brand had onli wingless pads..Den y in e world, u put on e prices of diff kinds/brands of pads on the shelf when u haf limited stock?! I looked thru e whole shelf, lookin at e price tags, diggin my way into e deep end of e shelf,thinkin maybe e winged pads are way deep inside e shelf.. :S (btw, when I was @ home, my 2nd sista told me tat she dun like Kotex brand, she onli like Laurier..bah!! I noe tat!! there's no other brand la!!)

I was abt to give up when I saw dis..

Wat in e world is this?? Neva heard of this brand b4!! I was readin e contents of e packet n saw tat my dad was being impatient so I juz took one packet, along wit e 2 packets tat I've taken earlier n paid up to 2 young men..neva felt so malu in my life..fyi, I will neva purchase pads if I noe e cashier is a male..same goes for lingerie..juz doesnt feel right.. :P

@ home, curiosity got e beta of me so I read more abt this packet..

Containin 19 kinds of medicinal herbs..hmmmmm..

Yeap, I ripped e packet open!! 19 herbs?? I was curious to noe if e pads smell..heh..

I ripped e packet open n e whiff of air took my breath away!!

WAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!! SOOOO SMELLY!!!!!!!

No joke, smelt as if 100 herbs were contained in e pads..*faints*

Ouh, u r wonderin if there are 3 types of pads in e packet?

U r as curious as me too!! I lyke!! :)

Oh yea!! Those tat I am holdin are e pantyliners, e white ones in e packet are e regular flow ones n e green ones are e heavy flow ones..

As I am typin now, I am still havin a slight headache from smellin e awful odor from e pads..Thank GOD, my period is finishin so I dun need to use e herbal pads..heh..

Lessons to be learnt from this entry?

NEVA buy pads from brands u neva heard of, no matter how desperate..

Get ur stock from ur eva trusted store(Watson's for me!)..

n to my sistaz, STOCK UP UR OWN FREAKIN PADS!!! now u both haf to use e wonderfully 'scented' pads..hahaha!!!!
