Feel like jumpin onto e bed..Coverin my whole body wit my comforter n snuggle up wit my bantals busyuk..Oh yes..I haf plenty of bantals busyuk..nt to forget my tazzes..hehehe!!
I did mention tat I was to start workin on mondae..dis mornin, I woke up @ abt 8.30 am..feelin all lazy, I rolled n rolled on my mattress..simply refusin to get up..till my mbak (got a new maid since last fridae =P) passed me e phone..I answered n it was from tat centre..e one who interviewedd me..hmm..lets label her 'S'..S called n asked if I can come @ 10 am as a teacher who is currently takin my class is on MC..After e call, I still rolled on my mattress n managed to get my lazy body up..hehehe..yesterdae, I told dearie tat I wanted to enjoy my so-called last few days of freedom..but its nt meant to be.. =P
Prepared to go to work..n begged daddy dearest to send me..hehehe!!
Reached e centre..realised tat S wasnt around so noone was ther to give me a proper briefin..gosh, I reli hate it when I am juz pushed to my class, nt knowin e procedures and routines of e centre..nt even knowin e childrens' names..sheesh..
In e end, I survived n thankfully, nt a single child cried when they saw me wit a scarf..see, I aint scary..In fact, some cried n asked me for hugs as they wanted their mummys..hehehe!!
I am in charge of N1s..meaning they are born in 2003..so cute..some still wit their pacifiers..some huggin their bantals busyuk whereva they go..most in pampers..Adorable? absolutely..challengin? definitely..most are chinese..onli 3 malays..so wheneva they baby talk, I tried very hard to understand but I still converse in English..Love my babies tho they love arguin, slappin, hitting and pullin each other's hairs.. hehehe!!
Am still lost..Dunno wat theme they are currently doin..I c all the teachers are nt conductin lessons..juz lettin e kids play wit toys..Oh yes..the teachers are ok..Actually, 2 r ok..e other 2 treat me as if I am invisible..1 neva even make an attempt to smile or even glance at me..I call her e 'ice queen'..tankfully, her class is far from mine so I dun need to c her cold face..I dun get y she needs to be so cold..U r a preschool teacher!! nt a prison warden!! Ther's 2 laoshis(chinese teachers)..1 is nice..e other juz got to my wrong side almost too easily..how? she simply cant pronounce my name n made faces when she unsuccessfully tried..I noe my name is nt easy to pronounce but u dun need to make faces n mock my name..n she talked down @ me too..hey, I am ur fellow colleague now..at least, show some respect..I am so not to enjoy tomolow's work..yeah..I am told to work tomolow..nt by S but by e teachers..n its onli me n tat laoshi..sheesh..
I've seen some of tat laoshi's behaviour n I dun like it..an eg would be hittin a kid wit kompang at e back of his head more than 3 times..n its MY kid..my poor baby..so wat if he is mischevious..U r nt supposed to physically hit a child..Remember e code of ethics??
Oh well..So much for a first day, yeah? I hope I can survive the first few weeks..I dun wan to leave prematurely but if all's nt well, I may haf to..
Need to do my last asgmt!! suppose to hand in on the 13th of Jan n I haf yet to start!! Sharks!!
