    I woke up at 6.30..n went joggin!!! Hahaha!! Chloe, I reli went joggin.. =P

    Dearie n me went to bedok reservoir..I totally forgot tat I haf nasty blisters on both ankles n walkin wit my old sneakers was soo painful! but i told dearie tat i can still run..hehehe..da semangat aper.. =P

    1st mishap: we took e wrong bus..took 8 instead of 18..all along I mix up 18 n 8.. =P so we stopped juz b4 temasek poly n walked into tp till we reached e reservoir..
    Dearie held my hand as we walked..it was a beaufitul walk..wit slight drizzle n i love e smell of fresh air.. =)

    We started to jog n all e way, dearie jogged beside me.giving me encouragements(cos i haven been runnin for a looooong time)..dearie even paced himself slower so his pace n mine are equal..aint tat sweet? he also entertained wit questions n chattered non-stop..I was alredy breathless so wheneva dearie asked a qn..he asked me to ans in gestures(show 1 or 2 fingers)..hahaha!!

    We jogged non-stop till we reached e white building..I was soooo hapi!!! I tot i lost my stamina..After reachin e white buildin, I fast-walked.. =P

    Den I started joggin again..

    2nd mishap: I noticed tat my sole of my shoe is loose but i ignored it n went on joggin..den e whole sole came off..hahaha!!

    Dearie n me stopped runnin n he told me to take a pic of my sole..so here it is..


    time to get new shoes!! =)

    We fast walked n dearie told me how he trained e obese boys in his platoon..he made dem run short distances but they muz run very fast..Dearie showed me e Bedok Reservoir sign n told me to run e fastest tat i can until e brown benches..den walk n continue when he spotted another sign n benches..Did so..nt once but 3 times!! hahaha!! dearie said my speed for e last short fast run was e fastest.. =)

    After completin e reservoir, dearie went thru some coolin down exercises wit me..he said tat i was very lucky to haf my own personal fitness instructor.. =P


    Havin fun after our exercise..guess wher r we sittin on?


    Hahaha!! Dearie's motorbike..I called it 'Barney' cos its a purple dinosaur mah..hahaha!!



    As u can c, i juz cant stop laffin..hahaha!!
    Dearie, tank you for runnin wit me..tho i noe u r very pleased tat i got my lazy body to exercise..I love todae's joggin n i loooove u!!! =)
